Is your company statewide or in multiple states?
We are looking for real estate agency partners in every state. We have buyers coming to us for lending options for purchases and many of them are not currently working with a realtor. Our questionaire that borrowers complete will be changing and one of the questions (for purchase borrowers) will be:
"are you currently working with a real estate agent?"
and then...
"would you like for us to introduce you to one?"
I would like to be able to connect them with one agency per state to make it manageable for us.
