During March 2018 home sales in Hyde Park NY fell by two when compared to March 2017 when there were twelve sales.

The average sale price of the homes sold was $196,220, and a median sale price of $229,000.   The sale price to list price of these homes was ninety-six percent.

There was a big drop in the number of days homes were on the market before selling, a difference of sixty-nine days from last March.

The homes sold were built between 1865 and 1986.  They ranged in price from $66,500 to $ 290,000.
