You're so right! I did ask to keep it open but, the sellers wanted to spend the day packing and aren't as worried about getting a back-up as I am! LOL

We're definitely on the same page on this one, Endre Barath, Jr. - it's just sellers' strong preference. I still have back-up potentials so, I'll be working by phone on those tomorrow instead of the Opem!
