Snooze the snooze button!
Waking up early has improved every aspect of my day. My mind is not as cluttered with things which I have to do since I have more time to relax and think things through. I am not as rushed and do not feel as much pressure as when I used to wake up later. I actually eat a healthier breakfast. My day is more planned and I have better control over my thoughts and my routine.
Anyone who follows me personally knows that I start every single morning with an inspirational post on Facebook. That post is a reminder to myself. It is a reminder of how I must try to be for that day. Notice the word “try”. I am smart enough to know that I am far from perfect and I will make mistakes, but every single day is another day to do better than the day before, and that is my goal – to do better than I did the day before.
I want to try be a better person, help a few more people, work harder, work smarter and just be better than yesterday.
If you are trying to reach a goal, fight through some adversity which you are dealing with or change your perspective or outlook on the day ahead, I recommend getting up a little earlier than you are used to and beginning there.
A better life is just ahead for all of us!! Believe it, embrace it and watch your whole world begin to change!!
