I've been a long time RealTalker, but just now getting back into Active Rain.
Building good, optimized landing pages for a site is not easy, especialy for non-writes who don't fully grasp the SEO implications. We've actally developed a free online tool that makes it much *EASIER* to build a well-structured landing page for a specific community in your market.
The tool does a number of things for you. In geenral, it forces agents to put the right kind of content on the a page, including secondary keywords, etc.
