Is RED the new Stainless Steel???

The color red was bold and beautiful. I was wowed immediately by a complete set up in the showcase floor room.

While visiting Elite Appliance located at 4901 Alpha RD #300, in Dallas, TX, I confirmed the elegance of the color RED in kitchen appliances is just as beautiful in America as I saw in Switzerland and Italy in recent travels. For more information about Elite Appliance, click on the highlighed/underscored word Elite Appliance above and the link will follow directly to their Company website.

The color red was bold and beautiful. I was wowed immediately by a complete set up in the showcase floor room. There was just enough stainless steel to give me that "gourmet" feel so often used in MLS descriptive words that I find offensive in ordinary kitchens that don't seem to be representative of what a Gourmet Cook would have designed for their kitchen.

With a back row of Stainless Steel Stoves and Ventilation Hoods, the bold red Island set itself apart. Its brilliant features shined on the smooth and elegant curvatures without distracting what could be a fabulous open Family Room in a new home.

With high end built-in appliances Miele knows quality. I could almost taste the morning expresso in this bold and beautiful red kitchen's built in Expresso Machine. Another place where you can shop for Miele Appliances is at 1700 Lawn Avenue, Suite 200 in Dallas, Texas. This page contains the link for Miele directly by clicking on Miele.

For the person still partial to Stainless Steel, perhaps the RED Gourmet Stove would steal your heart, as it did mine. Although, I must admit, I would have to go back to school (in Italy) to learn all the functionality, it would be worth it.

Bertazzoni Professional Series Range PRO486GDFSAZ, 48" Freestanding Range with 6 sealed Griddle, Metal Knobs, Self Cleaning, Cast Iron Grates and one-hand ignition brought my love for Italy and Italian cooking back home to America for me personally.

Stay tuned for more exciting new Kitchen ideas...

Thanks for the reblog! Red cabinets don't work for me, but I bet there are a lot of people who would love them.!

Good morning Roy Kelley I love contemporary style homes and I'd use red with that style.... very bold just as contemporary warrants....

Thanks for the re-blog, Roy.  I like the red color in some homes, but I don't think this will be all that popular.  (Then again, I'm wrong about trends pretty often.)

Roy, not sure I could ever live with that much red, prefer a more muted kitchen.

Personally, I love red, Roy... and I've seen it used in kitchens. But I don't think it will "last" as long as stainless steel in terms of demand.

Hi Roy Kelley - To answer the question ....the answer is No. It is not the new stainless. However the Bertazzoni stove is a little more subtle and could add some pop to a neutral look in the kitchen.

I would love to see it in someone else's home but it is too bold for me to live with day in and day out.
