I love nature, my garden and keeping all things within my ability alive and well. In the summer most of my plants are outside. It has been cold (and even snowy) here in the Berkshires until this week. Yesterday it rained but the weekend was sunny if still windy. Monday this flower bloomed for me inside and that along with the real presence of frogs, toads, deer, fox and bear in the neighborhood means like the last days of spring are here now. Next week it will be summerlike. And so it goes.
It's finally feeling like spring here. It's such a wonderful season.

it is a wonderful season but not one I experience here. It is cold today and raining and this is the forecast till Monday and then it will be summer temperatures in the 80"s. Oh well. TY Sheila
You are fortunate to live in an area abundant with wildlife, Sheila. I have some of that going on at my home too. I love it, until some of those critters turn into varmings and plague me with their shenanigans.

Sheila- We lived in Northern VA for a few years and I can remember looking forward to May when I could begin to slowly take my orchids outside. Spring and summer never quite lasted long enough for me.
