Can you have it all?  Yes.  Can you do it all?  Yes!  Can you do it all, by yourself? NO! Every successful person will tell you that being able to delegate effectively and lead with intensity is the key to being truly successful.

The truth of the matter is that no one can do it all.  How many millionaires do you suppose clean their own toilets, lick their own stamps and do their own taxes?  A reasonable guess would be none!  Delegating is a way of life.  We do it everyday.  When we call a repairman, we are delegating, when we hand our receipts over to our accountant, we are delegating.

 The key in delegating is to know what you want to do yourself and what you want to delegate.  Things that you are good at, things that you enjoy are tasks that should remain with you.  Anything you don't enjoy anything you aren't good at, those are tasks that should be delegated.

There are a great many people out there asking themselves "Why can't I get ahead?  Why is that person so successful?  What does the person in the million dollar home know that I don't"  Forgive the vast over simplification but-at the core - the person asking these questions has probably not sat down and designed their life by focusing on delegating effectively.

Remember you can have it all; you just can't do it all by yourself.  So what are you going to delegate?  Equally important, how will you use the time that is now free, because you delegated? This is the difference between being successful and struggling to be successful
