I agree people may be able to find some on their own, but to get the best you need a good realtor and good home search tools. That's how it goes when inventory is high, it's good but not if you can't find the best homes.

I think that goes for most places, with more inventory you have to have better tools to organize your shopping to make sure you find the right home.
