AMERICAN IDOL HAS A WINNER, HIS NAME IS DAVID!

I have watched American Idol all season and I have been totally amazed at the talent! There were several performers who were voted off that I thought should have stayed. One, being Michael Johns, who I thought was a terrific singer.

The two Davids are very talented, but I was pulling for David Cook! I thought he had more self assurance and was a better performer. David Archuletta is a great singer, he can sing anything. But, he is very shy, and a little too young.

I was thrilled that Simon made a public apology to David Cook! The final night he was a little hard on David Cook. An apology from Simon is priceless!

I think this season of American Idol was the best yet! There were so many talented singers, I think any of the top ten will do well in show business.

David Archuletta had the best voice. David Cook received votes based on his looks and the fact that he's a rocker. There isn't any age limitation, so I don't believe his age is, or should be, a factor.

The panel of judges was stronger on Archuletta, but they don't cast ninety million votes. Idol is a popularity contest, not a vocal audition.

I agree the top ten this year was probably the strongest group they've ever had at the end of the season.

David A. does have a great voice. I really liked him, I just thought David C. was the better performer overall!

You have missed some great talent. David Cook and David Archuletta are both great. David A. is a prodigy, so talented and only seventeen.

I can't stand Paula! I think she is a bad role model and should leave the show and get into rehab.

I don't know what is wrong with Paula, sometimes she seems okay and then she acts like she doesn't know what is going on. If she needs rehab, she should go! Thanks for the response!

Mary, I thought both David's were great as well. From all the hype, I really thought David A. was going to win. Both will do very well for themselves, they are really talented.

I thought they were both really great, I just think David Cook is a better perfomer, probally has had more experience. I think they both will do well. Thanks for the response, have a great week!
