This is a market report for existing detached homes in New Market, Md. 21774.  At the time of this report (4/29/2018) not including new construction 31 such homes are on the market FOR SALE, another 38 under contract, and 24 have sold in the last 30 days. The Absorption Rate (Active/30 day sold) is 1.29 which is considered a normal market.
