Question about Urban Resort Condo's?

Urban Condo’s

I have been in a few cities in the Southeast the past few weeks, and noticed a lot of downtown condos being completed in each city. I was wondering how many of you are involved with selling these, and are you seeing fallout from buyers? If so, is it lack of being able to get financing, or were they “flippers” who couldn’t flip them? Thanks,
