Believe it or not, it snowed during tour today!  Not much, but it was still a surprise....

There were 26 new properties on tour in Arrowhead Woods this week and a few stood out more than others (both for positive and negative reasons).  Our office's agent "tour re-cap" group is still pointing out several over priced properties (some waaayyy over priced).  There were a handful of good ones though:

• 331 Cedar Ridge Drive (Cedar Ridge) - 5 br, 4.5 ba built in 2007 for $2,200,000
• 490 Bayview Ct (Arrowhead Woods) - 5 br, 3.5 ba built in 1990 for $1,375,000
• 26605 Amador (Arrowhead Woods) - 4 br, 3.5 ba built in 1982 for $425,000
