Summit home sales for the month of April rose in volume by 16.7% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 8.2% from $185,250 to $170,000. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 16.7%, while the median sale price decreased by 8.2% from $185,250 to $170,000.
