Hampshire Market Trends for April 2018
Hampshire home sales for the month of April rose in volume by 80% when compared to last year, while the median sale price decreased by 16.3% from $217,500 to $182,115. The number of Single Family homes sales rose by 18.2%, while the median sale price rose by 16.5% from $234,370 to $273,000. Condo/townhome sales rose by 250%, while the median sale price decreased by 6.1% from $160,665 to $150,900.
