We officially launched our new Lead Capture a while back - but I thought we'd feature a quick #ICYMI (In Case You Missed It) post for folks who might've, well, missed the chance to check it out.
How does it work?
- Someone visits your website.
- They enter their home address in the lead capture: "WHAT IS MY HOME WORTH?" (ZERO Registration Required, by the way).
- You are automatically notified via email with their information: "A homeowner visited your website, here is what was captured..."
What next?
- Send a customized CMA report to them in the mail OR deliver one in-person when you hit the pavement and are out farming neighborhoods.
They initiated an exchange, they requested your services and accurate data (re: the value of their home) - you get to deliver the goods, and begin to nurture lasting relationships with more homeowners (i.e. - your inevitable home sellers!)
