I was reading the 24 Hour Watch in the Sacramento MLS today. I contiue to be encouraged that the number of homes going to Pending Sale isn't far off from the number of new listings coming to market.
This is unlike a year ago, when the marketplace was being saturated with listing inventory, with few homes going to pending sale.
However, Price Reductions still continue to be the Currency of the Realm.
