“When Buying Doesn’t Work, Renovations may be the next Option”

Hi Joe - It's been a while since we talked so I hope you remember me :). We were looking to add onto our existing house in the past and decided to look into other options. Well after exhausting the house search we are still considering adding to our existing home as that seems the best financial choice. We are almost completed with our revised drawings and will be sending to a few GC's this week or next (we scaled back the addition as to not overbuild and price ourselves out of the neighborhood).

How are the loan options looking, is there any major changes that we would need to be concerned about?

I just wanted to touch base again and let you know we will be reaching out to you as soon as we have pricing and know this is doable.

Renovation mortgages continue to gain momentum. Many have been looking to purchase a new home so that they can avoid the renovation process but unfortunately with a shortage of new homes on the market many are rethinking about their next steps.

So many have said to me, we love where we currently live, like the neighborhood, but the home is just too small.

We are fortunate to know and understand the ins and outs of these renovation loans and are guiding more and more families through the process.

‘WHO ELSE DO YOU KNOW THAT NEEDS OUR HELP?’
