Sutton Manor is a 55 and over community in Mount Kisco, NY. It was built in 2006.

The complex consists of mid-rise buildings with 2 bedroom, 2 bath and a den units that can be accessed by elevator. The condos offer one level living, which is often necessary for seniors.

There is an indoor garage and each unit is assigned one parking space.

The condos have master bedrooms with private baths. The units have walk-in showers, which are very convenient for seniors, especially when they have difficulties getting into a tub.

The first floor units have private patios and yards. The other levels have terraces. Each condominium has its own laundry room.

Amenities include a sprinkler system for fires, a gym and a meeting room.

This 55+ community is close to public transportation, highways, shops and dining venues.

At the time of the writing of this article, there is one condo on the market. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with a den, 1061 square feet and is listed for $300,000.

One unit that sold in 2017 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath and a den condominium with 1059 square feet. It sold for $315,000.
