Springtime in the Rockies

Today I spent the day in Colorado City & Rye on 5 acres bordering a greenbelt with city water, underground power & telephone (Fiber Optic). With mountain views, Lake Beckwith for fishing and 27 holes of golf out the door it is the ideal for land with recreation out the door. At $73,000 the price was right.
