Safety Harbor is absolutely one of my favorite spots in the Tampa Bay area--with it's eclectic mix of arts, old-time main street charm, right on the waters of Old Tampa Bay--the world famous Safety Harbor Spa is just the icing on this rich, multi-layered cake.
