Tiny, sidebar listing widget with built-in social sharing

Katy Schaff had a great post about suggesting that with the right technology (widgets), one can utilize his or her sellers' social net to market their own listing using the sellers' blogs and social network profile. You provide them with the marketing tools and they share it with their own peer complimenting your marketing efforts. As long as it is easy, tech savvy sellers may very well participate. Katy then asked us to introduce an even thinner version of the popular Mini Single Property Website widget, one which can be included in the blog sidebars; so here we go. Below is a widget using an example, live, for-sale RealBird single property website. You can grab yours on the RealBird list of listings page in the member area.

Note the "Get & Share" feature at the bottom. You and your client can use it to share and email the widget and can start a viral marketing event with only a few clicks.

Listing map showing ALL of your listings at once: for sale, pending and sold

Aria Schoenfelt requested the ability to show her active, pending and sold properties on one map. Actually, this feature was already available but not yet documented and promoted, the "hack" is actually quite easy. Take your regular Featured Listings Map URL from the RealBird member area and add the following Url parameter to the end: &rb_st=10.20.30
