One of the most common requests from buyers (mostly the men) is a shop. Many properties in Central Oregon come with addional outbuildings or shops.

Shops - do come in all shapes and sizes, different finishes and bonus features from full bathrooms to special areas for particular items.

Here are three great choices for a home with a shop. For more information on these Central Oregon Properties For Sale

Great post - nothing like bringing the "MAN" into the buying process!  These are three great shops in three super sizes - bring on the MAN buyers!

Interesting, never heard of a 'shop' associated with a house. I get many clients from the east and mid-west wanting basements...these are not very common here but are now available in some of the newer, higher priced homes.  A 3 car garage usually appeases these clients.

I had to smile when I read your post.  How many times have we taken buyers to homes and have had the husband stay inside a wonderfully appointed garage or pole barn?   Too many to count.  You're right, it is so important to them!

Shops can be as important as kitchens in Central Oregon.  Nice Post Thesa.

I wish you'd stop advertising this one.  It might get sold Dang-it.

Thesa's right.  In our market, a nice garage shop can be a deal maker or breaker.  This one is particularly nice.
