Why Do I Love Technology? How Else Could I Work and Spend Time with My New Son?

As I'm sitting here late this evening, checking and responding to client questions by e-mail, preparing CMA's for potential sellers, it occurred to me, that there would have been a time when I couldn't have done all of this while cuddling with my new little boy.  Dylan Sleeping

But, due to the joys of technology, my five month old son is lying in my arms as I slowly hunt and peck - my usual 90+ words per minute down to a measly 35 or 40, but he's well worth it, and it lets me have time with him while being productive.

Kris - I know how fast they grow.  My older son is 4 1/2, and I have no idea how he's no longer my little baby.  I think I am cherishing it more this time, with the expectation that this is my last child : )

Chapman - It's hard to leave your kids and go work for the day.  I love what I do, but I always think about what I miss while I'm gone.

Josh - There is a lot of flexibility in real estate and mortgages to set your own schedule, and I try hard to find as miuch time as possible with my two boys.  I hope you find the same.
