Our latest success story is a cool little condo with a beautiful view of the lake in the Cincinnati suburb of Mason. The homeowners were a young couple ready to sell their condo and move up into a larger home. They were looking to do the majority of the work themselves but needed a "plan of action" with detailed professional recommendations to follow.
I have to say....this was our best consultation transformation to date! When we returned for the follow up visit, I was simply AMAZED at the little creative touches the homeowner added to our recommendations. The place looked incredible and I was so proud of all their hard work!
Some of the recommendations included paint color selection (and we hooked them up with one of our painters to do the work),minor repairs and updating light fixtures, editing (what should go...what should stay), furniture arrangement and decor ideas (ex: adding window treatments to the family room framed the windows and the view outside (which was the beautiful lake!) so buyers eyes would go to this selling feature.....)
Investing in the Staging Consultation paid off too! The condo was SOLD in 30 days!

We received our offer exactly 30 days from us listing it on MLS. Being that we were For Sale By Owner, we weren't sure how it would turn out.

We held an Open House every Sunday and with each open house, we had at least five potential buyers show up. Many of the visitors to the open house would visit again with their realtors or parents.
