Gena & Tom - It does make a difference with SEO. After adding these profile my website has moved inot the 1st page of Google on almost all my search terms.

Bill, the site does look great! But, I wonder whether we need another social networking site?? I cannot keep up with all of them that are out there. I congratulate you for being so connected, I would still love to hire you and Justin Williams to come out to the Cape and be my computer/internet gurus!

Since there are so many social networking sites, I would you consider creating a post of which social networking sites (top 3 or 4) for real estate Agents/Brokers do you think would provide maximum exposure and to possible bring in referrals.

Hi Bill - another great SEO tip. I'm done most of the social network sites you've mentioned, and really need to get back to them to beef up my profiles there to make better use of them. I like the links you provide us, and backlinks is one of the things these sites are all aboutl Took me awhile to get that part - but got it now for sure!

Rick - Don't think of it as a place you need to hang out and participate in. Use it as a tool to get a backlink. Set up a profile with it pointing to to your website or blog. This is a good SEO practice. If it turns into something more than that great, if not you have a backlink on a Real Estate networking site that took all of ten minutes to create. As far as creating a post I have made far too many on the subject already!

Hi, Bill. I just joined through your profile. Looks like a slightly different mix of professionals - and those targeted professional sites are perhaps more valuable than the totally social sites. But in any case, it didn't take long to post a profile.
