Hi Diana,

Sounds like your market is doing well, with sales and prices up from last year. You seem to have a good supply of homes for sale.

Buyers and sellers like these market reports and I use them frequently during my buyer/seller conferences. They get a good response.

Hi Steve,

It is and I love the fact that REOs, Foreclosures and Short Sales are almost non-existent these days. We still need listings, our inventory remains very low.

Hi Diana,

Yes, it is a good sign when the REO's, forclosures and short sales are down to almost non-existent the economy is doing well. We are short in inventory too.

Hi Steve,

We can always use more listings here and I'm sure you could, too. It seems to be a universal problem...guess it is a sign of the times.
