Let us know how it went. It sure looks like a nice house and on a nice lake too. I have been a lot more reluctant to hold open houses lately. The buyers just don't seem to want to come out.

:) Well, the Open House was nice and quiet for a long time. Then, of course, right when we were turning off lights and getting ready to leave, in walks a guy that lives in Winter Park that is looking to up-size to a house on a lake. He has an agent but he arrived alone, as he wasn't planning on looking at homes today. Nice guy. He was on his way to his fiance's house but took a good, long look at the house. While he didn't stop, call his agent, and write an offer on the spot (I mean--that would be too much to hope for), he likes the house, so who knows? :)

So, yes, Rob--that Buyers ARE out there. The serious ones DO stop by Opens or are intently scoping out what's available on-line, then get their agents to show them homes.
