Good post Jude. I have been saying for months these are the good ol' days now. Twenty years ago rates were over 10% so sure people can wait for the real estate bottom or do what the smart set is doing and that is going out to buy.
Why? The values will come around. Real estate is NOT a short term investment despite what HGTV and the TLC channels tell you. Do you wait with the rest of the lemmings until real estate gets hot again risking the fact rates may be a point higher reducing how much you can buy?
I hope everyone has a great year.
