Offices have a negative effect on me. With technology I can work anywhere. Well, actually you can't call it work, because if you like what you are doing, its not really work--right?

To me, work is when I am in traffic, work is being confined to an office, work is being confined to a M-F, set hour schedule. Work is accounting and bookkeeping.

As a broker without a public office--I miss out on walk in traffic. I figure that trade out is okay. I do not have other agents or a "TEAM". I like managing my clients goals from start to finish. No falling through the cracks; no inner office confidentiality issues, no forgotten phone messages. I prefer to answer my own phone and return my own calls.  Does it work? I can provide client references at any time. You may also check out the testimonial section in my profile.

Do I save money? Well, yes and no. In place of office rent and utilities I may have extra technology expenses that some agents do not have. 

        

          

          

         

      

       

Some have asked, "What about a conferance area?" During my year of apprenticing with brokers, I never used an office to serve a client. Never. Listing set up and maintenance is accomplished at client locations and/or by phone and Internet if I have an absentee owner. Buyers relatonships are set up by phone and Internet. When we meet we meet on location.

Some have asked, "What about personal safety issues?" I leave breadcrumbs. By the time I meet with a client for the first time there is a digital trail. I also have gps on my car and phone. It would be easy to fnd me.

Some have asked, "What about C L O U T?" If you need an impressive office in selecting your agent advocate, I will be happy to refer you:-)

I love consumer feedback. It doesn't matter if you are a prospective client or anywhere in the world, I would like to hear from you. But, please, no S P A M.

 

PS: Sometimes my car wears magnetic signs and sometimes not. I would like consumer opinions regarding Real Estate advertsing on vehicles.
