How to Paint a Room Yourself for Staging

If you’re selling your house, you may consider painting in neutral tones. By using paint in warm, welcoming tones, to appeal to the wider range of potential buyers. Of course, that isn’t always the case.

This neutrality rule doesn’t apply to all homes. The primary objective is to create an appealing space that draws positive attention. The color of paint you choose may depend on the style and location of the home. A sprawling 5-bedroom house in the suburbs may require a different theme than an urban loft. The suburban home may need neutral tones, while the urban loft could look fantastic with a bolder color or accent wall.
