Just crunching some of the numbers and thought I would pass them on. So far in May we have 15 homes reported as sold, that puts us on track for 20 . Last year for May we finished off with 33, so we are off by almost 33%. But what I found interesting was the fact that we now have affordable homes in Hawaii - there are 8 homes for under $400,000. and of the 15 sales - 10 of them were for over $700,000 - 5 of those 10 - were for over $1,000,000 . It just proves that point that people with money - still have money!
