Fox Hills is a luxury, gated 55 and over community in Morris County, NJ. It was built in the 2000s.
The community is close to shopping, public transportation, dining and other recreational activities. New York City is only about an hour away, so you can enjoy all it has to offer.
The complex consists of one floor living in condos in midrise buildings with elevators. There are 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a den and 1 bedroom, 1 bath units. The condominiums have one car garage parking and outside parking too.
The first floor units have patios and the second and third floor units have terraces. They are great for relaxing and enjoying beautiful sunrises and sunsets, while drinking a cup of coffee or a glass of lemonade! Many of the patios and terraces have wonderful views of the woods.
There are laundry facilities in each condo and 24 hour security. Free transportation to shop for food and clothes and to go to the movies is provided.
Amenities include a 26,000 square foot clubhouse, an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, tennis courts, a gym, a community room where you can meet your friends and make new ones, a health club, bocce, shuffleboard, horseshoes, billiards, a card/game room, an area for crafts and hobbies, a library, a TV lounge, a ballroom and clubs and planned activities. The community also has a barbecue/picnic area, gorgeous landscaping, a community greenhouse for those who want to garden, walking paths and ponds. This is truly resort-style living!
As a pet lover, I am glad to say that pets are allowed with some restrictions.
Seven condos are on the market at this time. A 2 bedroom, 2 bath and a den unit is listed at $389,000 and is 1837 square feet. A second condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit with 1369 square feet, listed at $319,900. Two other condominiums are 2 bedroom, 2 bath units and are listed at $299,000 and $293,900. One of those units is 1273 square feet. There are three 1 bedroom, 1 bath units that are listed at $219,000, $209,000 and $198,000. These condos square footage ranges from 820 square feet to 915 square feet.
So far this year three units have sold in this community. One sold for $175,000 and it is a 915 square foot, 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo. Another sold for $195,000 and it is a 915 square foot unit with 1 bedroom and 1 bath. A third unit sold for $365,000. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath and a den condo with 1837 square feet.
