Follow up to $1,000,000 home sales in Kailua Kona, Real Estate

Earlier we too a look at home sales in North Kona - month to date. So I decided to see how last year compared to this year - in million dollar home sales.

So 2007 May sales of homes over $1,000,000 - was 7 - not far off from this months - it seems that the market that is taking the hit - is the afordable housing. Just for fun I will attach those sales of over $700,000 for last year.
