Would love to thank all of you on ACTIVE RAIN for reminding me of something that WORKS!!! I responded to a post from a "rainer"; hoping for suggestions on yard/garage sale-ing; and how to pull off a really successful one for her mom

Well; I was delighted to share a system that I had done earlier on in my career that worked beautifully ; yet in my hustle and bustle; had not performed myself in awhile.

SO, I developed a clever ad:

and JUBILATION: I received 3 phone calls yesterday and 2 more today! SO................its still working here; try it in your area; I hope you, too are successful!

Patti- I love tag sales, and have observed the correlation (obvious) that a good percentage holding them are moving, but never thought to approach it this way. I love it, and am not surprised at your results- thank you for a great idea!
