Okay, so I've got the market pretty much tapped as far as providing internet marketing, flyers, and postcards. That's great when agents get listings but when they are sitting on their listings I need to be able to provide more marketing services to help them get them closed. I'm thinking of offering bundles such as

Listing Bundle
25 flyers
50 small postcards
internet marketing

Luxury Listing Bundle
25 brochures (bi-fold)
50 large postcard
upgraded internet marketing

Open House marketing bundle
eflyer to area real estate agents announcing open house
showing binder that includes school info/plat map/etc.
flyers

Closing Table Bundle
Return address labels for buyer or seller (depending on the client)
New address postcards for client
Home maintenance book & bookmark

Any other ideas on how to grab more business while agents are waiting for homes to sell?

I like your ideas! Here are a couple more:

You might try offering Postlets. They are uploaded directly to a number of websites, like Zillow. And they can be posted at Craig's List (although they are pulled from Craig's List in some areas).

You might see if there is a virtual tour provider in your area. They might partner with you on some marketing ideas.
