For the year so far, new listings in Southern Chester County, Pennsylvania are down 8% and closed sales are up only 1.4%. The only good news is that the median sales price is up 4.3% over 2017.

Selling the Main Line & Chester County

Lack of inventory for old or newer homes is terrible, every decent listing is getting multiple offers with a reliance on stupid prices and then renegotiating after the appraisal.
