On May 17, 2018, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values increased 0.5% at an average price of $400,000 in April of 2018 from an average price of $398,000 in March of 2018, and higher 5.5% from $379,000 in April of 2017. While, homes sales jumped 4.3% in April of 2018 from March of 2018, and gained 1.8% from April of 2017, in Riverside County, California.
There were 3.6 months supplies of available inventory of homes in April of 2018 unchanged from 3.6 months in March of 2018, but down from 3.9 months in April of 2017. An average it took 29.0 days to sell a home in April 2018, higher from 28.0 days in March of 2018, but fell from 37.0 days in April of 2017, in Riverside County, California.
