David - I really like your property photos. Even the vacant homes look great! (although, of course, they could benefit from rental furnshings!). Seriously, the photos are very nice.
Tori, thank you. I really appreciate the compliment. I really push sellers to rent furniture because it really helps sell the home. I try hard to take the very best photos as possible and it starts with two key items: 1) decent camera with a wide angle lens and 2) A top-notch Virtual Assistant (Laura Monroe).
I move items such as trash cans, hoses, and I also clear items from a room or a counter-top. If the home is not ready for photos, I reschedule because the photos are extremely important. Laura Monroe works her magic and edits the photos to ensure the photos look as good as possible in the case of poor lighting then she makes a top notch flyers for the home. I absolutely love taking photos after the home has been staged by Ross-Designs!
