Sally, great ThemThem about Randy and your history with him at your office and then you coming over to Active Rain. I just want to give him kudos as well as I had been a member of Active Rain just reading blogs for many months until I started writing some and Randy was one of the first to welcome me and encourage me along. So along with you, another Hawaiian I think fondly of, you've got a special one there with Randy. I think the other key to Randy is that colorful shirt of his (seriously, it is great branding) : )

I know, he tells me too :)  Just don't let on that he has a soft spot...he doesn't like to be known as a 'touchy feely' kind of guy hahaha!  Believe me......Randy is in high heaven right now...and I sure don't blame him. I've not seen anything like this in our office before. This is extraordinary.
