The white flag is waving, and...

Not the surrender flag, but the white flag denoting the last lap of the race. And it has been a marathon. Front elevation, 9010 Brixham Court

It has been a month in the making. There are a lot of details that will only come out over a cold drink in a dark room, but let me just suffice to say that the last twelve days have been packed... In the last twelve days, I have written 20 pages of content, uploaded 12 galleries, and coordinated photo shoots and video shoots. Much of it is the normal stuff for a listing... but much isn't.

In talking with the seller we settled upon a marketing plan that involved a few wild ideas. There were no things that hadn't been done, just things that hadn't really been done together.

I'd love to hear opinoons about this. It is a blog, and will continue to grow... At least by the Video Tour and the StyleDesigner and spaceDesigner which aren't ready yet... but much more.

And there are a few other components of the marketing plan which will be unvieled as they happen.

Lane. Where do I begin? The house is amazing. I love the metal "wains coating" on the garage walls. I've never seen trim in a coffered ceiling quite like that and love that they painted it. The detail on the ceiling in the media room - wow! The link for "the grounds" wasn't working when I tried to check it out. I hope it sells soon!

Natalie - The seller is a very particular person. Every detaiul of the house has been examined. It really is a great house.

Robin - As I was building this... I was thinking the same thing. It also serves as a template, and the next one will not be nearly as time consuming.

Melina - If not got a great seller I would not have been able to do this. He knows exactly how much work is in this. And he appreciates it.

Thesa - Take a look at the virtual tour. I also am uploading more pics today.

Jennifer - I hope it sells soon, too. I have gotten very good referrals from this client, and he is a friend.
