Let's Remember!

Good Morning Everyone,

Don't we live in a wonderful country? Yep we have alot of serious issues, but you know, we just need to try living in some of these other countries.

I know Memorial Day is the "offical" kickoff for the summer season, but we need to stop and remember what it is really about....OUR VETERANS-past and current.

My husband is a veteran and I always tell him "thanks" for serving our country.

So today...."Thank a vet!

Amen Patty . We need to do a much better job at remembering this holiday is about alot more than BBQ's and three day weekends

Yes, I am headed out to the local parade...I think it is the least we can do to give tribute to those that help to keep our country free. It is a great place...

Happy Memorial Day to you and yours. Let me say in tribute to my father-in-law who passed away earlier this month: God bless America and all the gallant men and women that served with him in WWII. He fought the war from the air and ground as a paratrooper in the 101 Airborne!
