Hibiscus, Kentlands Photowalk, Gaithersburg, Maryland

Hibiscus plants are readily available at our local garden centers and are seen in many of the gardens in Kentlands, our home community within the City of Gaithersburg, in the heart of Montgomery County, Maryland. The beautiful homes and attractive gardens are among the features that make Kentlands one of the favorite communities for families relocated to the Metro Area of Washington, DC.

Subhash Sharma  "This fiery red hibiscus symbolizes passion, courage, action, spontaneity. It’s red colour also means love, passion, power, anger, danger, heat, and warning. The colour fits, the flow of friendship, beauty, inspiration, selfless acts of love. It’s waiting to bloom bud symbolizes beauty, youth, and a heart innocent of love."

Mr. Sharma is a Facebook friend in Ireland. He frequently comments on my photographs as I post them on Facebook.

HI Roy... I adore hibiscus and have a hibiscus plant by my front door every spring and summer. Then I take it inside for the cold weather season.
