May 29th Mortgage Market Wrap-up 10

Mortgage backed securities (MBS) closed up 53 basis points today at 102.44 having broken through resistance offered by the 50 day moving average and come to rest just 1 basis point below the 100 day.  The 30 year was available at 4.625% day.  My jumbo pricing is now sizzling!  The 30 year jumbo for $1 million was at 4.375%.  Whether in New England, the Mid Atlantic or the Midwest or anywhere else in the U.S. history tells us it is time to refinance!!
