The numbers are finally showing what we realtors have been saying. Sales are improving! In Florida, according to the Florida Association of Realtors, 11,200 single family homes were sold in April. That is a 20% increase over sales in March. Cond sales have also increased with more than a 21% increase in April.

Several realtors that I have talked to and I have experienced buyers coming from Canada and from overseas to buy homes and condos in our area. Our prices are great for them as the dollar is weak and prices are down.
