Babies grow so fast

Cooper is 8 weeks old today. He has the best expressions I've ever seen from a baby (including my own daughter, but don't tell her I said so). I am totally loving baby sitting and spending as much time with this baby as I can.

the current photo is on the left and his newborn one on the right. I can't wait until he goes back to the doctor to see how much he has grown. This Grammy business is great. I even have a play pen for him at my office so he can spend some time with me there.

My daughter goes back to work next week so I'll be having some quality baby time.

Sheila Anderson enjoying it so much. I've been hounding her for grands for a decade. LOL. Of course just in a teasing way. But I'm loving watching him.

Carol Williams if I go a day or two without seeing him the changes are almost shocking at this age. And my daughter doesn't see them. But when she goes back to work and is away from him for 14 to 16 hours at times I bet she will notice them more too. She heads back to work next week. She was fortunate to have a little more than 8 weeks at home with him.

I actually am building him a facebook page that is a journal of sorts that I will invite him to someday. I post him messages and photos regularly. I've actually kept a journal for my daughter for 30 years that I'll gift to her someday.

Oh, Cooper is absoultely adorable, Tammy! I cannot believe how quickly he's grown even from this post (seeing your FB pics). I love the idea of a FB journal too and may actually do that...IF I'M EVER A GRANDMOTHER!!! LOL

They were actually just over at our house talking about the blinds they buy - they want to be sure they're childproof so they don't have to change them out when they do have a baby!! So, you know me, my heart skipped a beat! LOL I'm too old not to have grandbabies to spoil!!

Cooper is really growing fast, as most babies do. I just saw the April post of the babies side by side and they really do resemble each other. It's great that you are close by and can enjoy that precious baby every day. Enjoy, but we miss you!
