Intersting that 55+ buyers & Millennials want some of the same houses

Sometimes, a good house is a good house to many different kinds of people, and that’s not a bad thing! :)

I can say this is pretty accurate. Seeing buyers of all ages fighting over the same homes shows the younger ones have been paying attention to their elders more they they have let on with their actions. I think they are more focused about checking off the boxes to accomplish their tasks/goals and not having to repeat the process in a couple years. I think it will be interesting to see if they move in the next 7-8 years similar to the last few decades trend, or if they stay in their homes longer.

Sounds like maybe some seniors and millennials should pair up to buy homes.
