The wait is almost over for the highly anticipated Park Grove. Park Grove is an ultra-luxury condo development comprised of three, 23-story towers: One Park Grove, Two Park Grove, and Park Grove Club Residences. Closings for units at Park Grove Club Residences (Tower 3) will begin this week while closings for units at Two Park Grove will begin next month. One Park Grove, which is currently under construction, is expected to be finished by the end of next year.
With the exception of a rooftop pool in Tower 3, which is exclusive to residents of that tower, the three towers at Park Grove share amenities. Yesterday, I was given an exclusive tour of Park Grove condos including its amenities and common areas. Boy, was I impressed! Park Grove turned out beautifully! Below are some photos I took.
