Im wondering what is "security parking".  Should that be secured?  I would be afraid to rent from this person.

I just love the WALKING CLOSET!  
Is it a sleep walking Closet or the exercising type during the day?  
I’ll have to watch out for those… especially if it’s a WALK-IN CLOSET! Lol!
