Hmmm...Which Is Hotter, The Dallas Weather Or The Dallas Real Estate Market

By
Real Estate Agent with Lisa Von Domek Team TX License #0552989

The heat is on in the greater Dallas area and our daily temperatures are
in the high 90's.  Staying cool while house hunting can be
a challenge, especially when our housing market is as red hot as
our weather!  If you are ready to begin your home search, click the
logo below to use the convenient search tool on my website

And to plan your activities, check your local weather and dress COOL!

Morning Lisa.

Sunday our high is going to be 92º.  I'll need to get an early T-time.  Our market is slowing down just a tad

Hi Lisa.  Selling lots of homes makes it much easier to afford the electric bill.

I think about one of the Dallas Cowboy cheerleaders but that may be a little tooooooooo un PC. I hope not and maybe someday, we ought to be able to tell it like it is without forever worrying about this but still being polite. cheers cvc

Lisa, can't say that I enjoy your Dallas weather, but that same kind of real estate market is always welcome!

Knowing the Dallas market and living in Oklahoma I would say that the weather and the real estate market is a tie.

Hi Lisa, we have had a few days in the low 100's in San Antonio, and speaking about the market, my buyer found a house they loved that had been on the market only 3 days, and after contacting the listing agent, I discovered that she already had 14 offers in her possession and had cut off from accepting anymore, and informed me that my client could submit a backup offer if they were still interested. The debate as to which is hotter continues.....

It has been very hot in Tennessee too, though we did have a couple of really nice days with breezes the first of the week.
